Very clean and aesthetically pleasing decor. Th complimentary breakfast was simple, but brilliant and nore than enough for us (although, sad there were no Baozi/包子 despite having the warming cupboard for steamed goods). There was also 24hr ice cream and tea/coffee in the buffet area, this alongside a relaxing area to sit in was very welcoming and good value for money. The rooms were also modern and bed sheets clean, the mattress felt good too, nice and firm for my back problems. The bathroom came with a bidet toilet, which is always welcomed, alongside a very clean and good shower with nice water flow and hot. All top grades here.

Nice lounge in the lobby area - good to relax in after a long day or get some work done. Free snacks and coffee available. Rooms are a decent size and did not have much noise from the street. Rooms have recently been remodeled - living/bed area seems updated but bathrooms are somewhat older.

The rooms are comfortable, with a great hot shower and spacious bed. The free coffee and ice cream in the restaurant is a nice touch and there is a decent range of food at breakfast.

Everything! It's the best hotel we have stayed in during our one week trip in Taiwan. The staff was very polite and professional, the lady at the check in recognised while checking my passport that it is my birthday, so she allocated us on the top floor 🥰 Thank you for this. The room is very clean, has everything you need and the location is very good as well. As a person from Europe I found it interesting to use the advanced toilet haha

Good price value and comfy rooms and beds. Friendly staff, we even received an room upgrade. Also the snacks you can consume over the day are a nice benefit.

overall, our stay was fine, the room we stayed in (Room 1001) , the bathroom door was not working properly and could not lock, didn't bother to inform the reception. Otherwise, the room was specious and clean except the window glass was dirty. Breakfast was okay, very basic dishes .

I loved staying here, and my family loved it as well! It was our highlight of Kaohsiung! They offered a lot of amenities and the rooms felt very luxurious and spacious! It was very nice coming back to the hotel after a long day out - they have ice cream and snacks and water available to get whenever you’d like on the second floor 🙂

Check in/out was convenient, the room was clean and modern with a huge TV. 24/7 snacks, drinks, and ice cream in the lobby. There’s no parking but 2 car parks nearby. I don’t recommend the one on Yixin road, it’s over priced. Go for the one on the main road, if you turn right out of the hotel.
